How can I check the status of my order?

After you finalize your purchase, a confirmation email will be sent to you. When your order is shipped, we'll provide you with a tracking number so you can monitor the delivery. If you have a Olive Sunday account, you can log in to track all your orders.

If you don’t receive the tracking number, feel free to reach out to us.

How do I know what size to order?

We've created a size chart to help you find the ideal size for your needs. You'll find it on the product page, just beneath the product descriptions. Just follow the instructions, and it will assist you in ensuring the perfect fit for your chosen Olive Sunday piece! You can also view our size guide by clicking here.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Once your order is confirmed, no changes can be made before delivery as our warehouse processes orders quickly.

Please note that we do not allow or accept order cancellations.

Can I change my shipping method or address?

Once your package has been shipped and handed over to the courier, the shipping method cannot be changed.

Please be aware that we are unable to modify the shipping address once an order has been processed. If you have any concerns or need further assistance, feel free to contact our customer support team at concierge@shopolivesunday.com

Can I return or exchange my order?

Our return policy is valid for 10 days. Unfortunately, if more than 10 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer a refund.

To qualify for a return, your item must be in unused, unwashed, and undamaged condition, still in its original packaging, with all tags intact.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at concierge@shopolivesunday.com

Please note that the following items are non-returnable:

  • Gift cards
  • Sale items
  • Accessories

A receipt or proof of purchase is required to process your return.

How do I process a return?

To return your product,send us an email at concierge@shopolivesunday.com

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. 

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

When will I receive my order?

Orders usually ship the next business day. Orders placed Friday-Sunday will ship out the following Monday.

Shipping times shown are from the day of dispatch. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information.

We do our absolute best to ensure that you get the order on time. Please keep in mind that our carriers provide us with an estimated delivery.

Rarely, packages can arrive outside of the given timeframe. Also, delays may occur during national holidays.
